Rec’d of John Piper in cash 9.14.0, which I am to send Mr Allen Chatfield at Croydon for Mrs Mary Mills at Carshalton and which is in full for 1 year’s rent due from the devisees of Mr Will Piper deceased to the said Mrs Mills at old Lady Day last.
