Very busy all the forenoon. Charles Diggens came over and took up a coat, waistcoat and breeches for Mr Porter, and a coat and waistcoat for Thomas Fuller.
In the afternoon went to see, a cricket match in the park between Hoathly and Framfield, which turned out a pretty match though it was not played out by reason of not having time, Framfield having 5 [runs] to fetch and 3 wickets to go down. Spent 2½d.
